Returns
30 days, simple, no questions. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
1. Reach out within 30 days
Send us a message through Contact with your order number and what you'd like to return. No forms, no phone trees.
2. Send it back
We'll confirm the return and give you the address to send the item to. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.
3. Get your refund
Once we receive the item, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Damaged or wrong item? Let us know within 30 days of delivery and we'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund — your choice.
Changed your mind? Returns for any other reason are on us to process, but the cost of shipping the item back is covered by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
